I was born in Medellín, Colombia, and moved to England at the age of 12 without knowing a word of English. Despite the difficulties this presented, I was determined to succeed.

At 18, I became a young mother but remained committed to my education, successfully completing my A-levels. I married the love of my life at 23, and by 24, I had my second child.

As both a woman and mother, I encountered numerous challenges that could have hindered my personal goals. However, through resilience, discipline, and a dedication to self-development, I realized that no obstacle is insurmountable.

My career in banking began 25 years ago as a cashier. Over the years, I worked my way up through various roles, always eager to learn and build strong relationships with mentors and colleagues. Along the way, I learned the value of teamwork, personal growth, and stepping outside my comfort zone—skills that shaped me into a confident and capable leader. Eventually, I became a Senior Manager, leading a successful team of 12 Bank Managers and 80 colleagues across 10 high street branches in South London.

Now, with 25 years of experience, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and guiding others who aspire to achieve their own dreams. I am eager to mentor and support those who, like me, are committed to bettering themselves and reaching their full potential.
